"Fantastic all around. Cannot recommend enough. We used Baxter years ago for wedding invites. We decided we wanted to shop local as much as possible this 2020 covid holiday season, so we reached out to Baxter for our custom Christmas cards. Wow! I'll never shop elsewhere. The price was incredibly competitive for double sided color 5x7 cards. The turnaround was less than 24 hours from the time I reached out for an estimate to when our cards were ready. We communicated via email, phone call, and in-person, and the customer service and responsiveness was phenomenol every time. Visiting their store was awesome. It's a family-owned and operated business, and it brings an awesome home-town feel to Griffith. They even have the best fur baby pooch that greets you at the door. Truly, we couldn't find a better business to give our money to. Will definitely use again next year. Highly recommend."
